Terms & Conditions

  1. Please allow 7-28 days for delivery. Please order as soon as you know your guest numbers. Well in advance of your wedding date. If your order is urgent then we will try to expedite it within the given timescale although there may be an additional cost and we cannot guarantee delivery before the required date.
  2. Payment Terms: 100% payment upon completion of order. Large orders and those of bespoke manufacture such as the bonbonieres or those for which we have to buy in goods specially or for unspecified reasons, or edible items or personalised products are non-returnable. We accept payment by any of the credit/debit cards displayed at the foot of this page. We also accept payment by cheque, however items will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
  3. All orders are sent by Royal Mail, Special Delivery or Parcel to go secure currier. "Swan Wedding Creations" accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, although the parcel is covered with insurance through Royal Mail. Each order despatched is carefully packed. In the unfortunate event that any damages occur during transit, please notify us immediately by email and also in writing within 7 days. Please note that refunds of carriage are not made unless we ourselves have erred or provided written confirmation of our intention to do so. No goods are offered on a sale or return or approval basis.
  4. From time to time, due to availability of stock, it may be necessary to alter designs slightly; however, the quality will remain the same. All our wedding favours and wedding gifts are handcrafted so there may be slight variations amongst the designs, making each one unique. Ordering Personalised, Swan Wedding Creations will print your personalised items exactly as you enter them when you place your order. It is NOT the responsibility of Swan Wedding Creations to correct spellings, add punctuation or insert capital letters. Please ensure that you enter any text as you wish it to appear on your personalised item.

PLEASE NOTE: As with most coloured products, tonal variations can occur between stocks from different batches and suppliers; also, the settings on your monitor may reproduce colours differently to the actual product colours. For the foregoing reasons we cannot undertake to supply perfect colour matches to those seen on screen; although we would wish to assure you that we will do everything in our power to provide as close to perfect goods and colours as we can on the day.

Our Rights

You are prohibited from using material appearing on this website in any way, including the modification, reproduction distribution, republishing, uploading, downloading, posting or transmission in any way material appearing on the site without Swan Wedding Creations prior written consent. Your use of or access to this website does not confer on or transfer to you any title or intellectual property rights in the website or any aspect of it. For the avoidance of doubt all rights, title or interest in the website or any aspect of it, remain the property of Swan Wedding Creations unless otherwise stated.

Our Liability

When you visit or use the website or any website linked to it, Swan Wedding Creations shall not be liable for any:

  1. Loss or damage occasioned to you, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise howsoever sustained; and/or
  2. Failure in performance, viruses, line failure or the like.

No warranties are provided or representations made that your visit to or use of the Site will be uninterrupted or free from defects or viruses.

Swan Wedding Creations is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the website nor has it reviewed any such site. If you link to the website, off-site pages or other sites without Swan Wedding Creations prior written consent, this action is at your own risk. Swan Wedding Creations cannot be held responsible for the contents of any website which is electronically linked to the website and that is not maintained by Swan Wedding Creations.

Swan Wedding Creations neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the site will not infringe rights of other parties not owned by or affiliated with Swan Wedding Creations.

Return Policy

Credit may be issued on non-custom items cancelled or returned within 7 days of receipt without any damage. Customers must pay for all shipping/insurance charges. Credit Cards Returns will be subject to 5% transaction fee. No Returns or cancellations will be allowed on custom made Favours, edible items or personalised products. A return authorization needs to be granted before sending any return.

Please e-mail us at sales@swanweddingcreations.co.uk to obtain an authorization. Make sure you include your ORDER ID Number and your request is sent within 7 days of receipt.

Modifications of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. By continuing to use the Site following any such change you will be deemed to have accepted such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any such change you must immediately stop using the Site.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law without observing any conflicts of law rules. By visiting or using the website you submit to the jurisdiction of the English Court in relation to any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or your visit to or your use of the website and agree to commence proceedings relating to any such dispute in the English Court.

By placing an order you are understood to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
